Beautiful hardwood floors, tongue & groove pine walls, vaulted ceilings, and tall sliding glass doors on three sides to take in the spectacular sunsets and ocean views. Just steps from the ocean’s edge, this location could not be more superb.

Downstairs, enjoy the crackling wood stove while gazing out to the ocean. Prepare meals on the propane cooking range. Sit out on the large wrap around deck or on cascading stairs. You'll want to spend as much time outside as you do inside.

This off the grid eco pod uses the Eco-Temp, tankless hot water system for both shower and sink. And for bathrooms we use the environmentally responsible SunMar Centrex 3000 High Capacity Compost Flush toilet.
