Our self‑catering luxury lodges provide everything you need for a relaxing countryside break. The master bedroom features a walk‑in wardrobe, en‑suite shower room, and dressing table. A twin bedroom with generous storage sits opposite the family bathroom.

The fully equipped kitchen includes:

➡️ Dining table with seating for four (plus a fold‑up spare chair)

The cosy living room offers two plush sofas (one converting into a small double sofa bed), a TV/DVD player, and an electric flame‑effect fire. Floor‑to‑ceiling windows frame sweeping views across the livery fields and Fownhope valley. Please ensure you book for the correct party size so bedding is provided for the sofa bed.

🌅 Outdoor Living

Step out onto your private panoramic deck, complete with comfortable seating, wood fired pizza oven and a BBQ/firepit—perfect for alfresco dining and unwinding under the stars. The enclosed garden and fenced surroundings make it a safe space for children/dogs, and you may even be greeted by friendly horses looking for a gentle nose scratch.

We’re delighted to welcome dogs. A fee of £20 per dog per stay applies. Assistant dogs are exempt.

On arrival, you’ll find tea, coffee, sugar, and milk ready for a well‑earned brew after your journey. Linen, hand towels, and kitchen essentials (washing‑up liquid, cloths, tea towels, dishwasher pods) are all provided. 🚧Please note: bath towels are not included.

Our lodges are designed for guests seeking a calm countryside retreat—ideal for families, couples, or friends wanting to unwind. To ensure a restful stay for everyone, quiet hours are observed between 9pm and 8am.

Caplor Farm is home to our family, our horses, and several small rural businesses. Please be mindful of residents and do not disturb work areas. We live and work on site, so you may see us around, but we always respect your privacy and space to relax.
