Welcome to our small and beautiful corner of Warwickshire.

On our family run arable farm we have two luxurious safari tents that we can't wait to share with you.

Backing on to our 72 tree Heritage Orchard, Woodhill is our pet friendly tent where we welcome one mature four legged friend.

Much like Tuckey's, Woodhill boasts a spacious living area, with a dining table and chairs to comfortably seat six and a cosy chesterfield sofa buried in cushions and soft throws, just waiting for you to relax in.

You will find a well stocked selection of board and card games, a more traditional way to wile away the evenings and wet days.

The log burning stove at the heart of the tent is perfect for those chilly evenings and we have fully equipped the kitchens with most modern conveniences to ensure any time spent here is easy and stress free.

Adjacent to the kitchen area, tucked away, is a snug double cabin bed. Adorned with fairy lights it is a magical hideaway, a place for story telling and cosy cuddles.

There are two further bedrooms, a master bedroom and a twin. Fully made up with soft downy pillows, crisp sheets and cosy duvets, with extra blankets and hot water bottles should the evenings grow cold. A haven for a good night’s sleep.

The bathroom is fitted with a luxurious shower pod boasting bluetooth technology, ambient lighting and a choice of shower settings from a monsoon deluge to massaging shower jets. Time here need not be a routine but more of an experience.

The four acre meadow field in which the luxury safari tents are located is a great space for children to enjoy. With a natural play area to explore, including a willow den and tunnel and fallen logs to climb on. You will also have access to Pondwood a private pond and wood just a short walk from the tents which are a great place to spot a bit of wildlife and to get creative with your den building skills.

Each tent has its own deck, outdoor dining and gas BBQ.

Get warm and toasty by the fire pit, hugging a mug of hot chocolate wrapped in a blanket.

Talk, laugh, relax and breath.

From early spring when potatoes are planted to the late summer months and throughout the autumn the farm comes alive with activity as harvest commences, quickly followed by field work and planting for the next season. There are plenty of opportunities to see farming life at its peak with a front row seat from our luxury safari tents.

We are so lucky to have access to some great walks surrounding Meadow Field, in particular along the Oxford Canal only a short walk from our farm.

You can visit the historical towns of Rugby, Leamington Spa, Shakespeare’s Stratford upon Avon and Warwick Castle in Warwick. Or nip across the border into Leicestershire to visit the beautiful towns of Market Harborough, Oakham and Uppingham.

Bosworth Battle Field and the neighbouring Battlefield Line Railway are also no more than 45 minutes away.

Coventry, City of culture 2021 has so much to offer and Birmingham, home to the 2022 Commonwealth Games are just down the road from us. Both cities will be buzzing with so many events and activities ahead of these momentous occasions.

London too is only a short 50 minute train ride from Rugby.
