The Hart Pod is a newly designed glamping pod that’s perfect for fishing breaks, couples or small families looking for a relaxing countryside escape – with extra comfort and style.

Thoughtfully built with step-free access and wider entry points, the Hart Pod is ideal for guests who need easier movement, without compromising on style or serenity. Inside, you’ll find comfy beds, blinds, warm lighting, and handy electric points with USB ports - everything you need for a stress-free stay.

Step outside to your own private terrace overlooking the Moat Lake - a great space to sip your morning coffee, read a book in the fresh air, or even enjoy a bit of fishing (with a licence). In the evenings, it’s the perfect spot for alfresco dining or stargazing under Suffolk’s famously clear skies.

And when you're ready to explore, you're just a 10-minute walk from the heart of Clare - a beautifully preserved medieval market town steeped in history and full of character. Stroll its streets to discover independent shops, cosy cafés, the ruins of Clare Castle, and the old Victorian railway buildings. You'll also find a warm welcome in Clare’s traditional country pubs, perfect for a hearty lunch or a relaxed evening drink.

The Hart Pod is set within Rum Bridge Glamping is surrounded by countryside and wildlife and a short walk to the River Stour. For those who want to venture further, the pod is within easy reach of Cambridge, Newmarket, Bury St Edmunds, Sudbury, Colchester, and the stunning Suffolk coast.
