A super adults only site with the best facilities of any camp site we have ever stayed on. Two shower rooms with toilets and two separate toilets. Very clean, kept heated so always dry, plenty of space and a hot shower. The area is amazing for walking or just chilling and taking in the sights. We eat at the Manifold inn, wouldnt rush back. So much to do, wish we’d stayed longer. Pitches have plenty of space. We did try to call the owner to ask a question but no answer and no returned call. No one called to check we were ok, we were left to find all the facilities on our own. Very poor vodaphone signal. £36 is a tad pricey in my opinion.

A very small & quiet campsite - facilities are clean & really nice (I don’t usually gush about campsite toilets & showers but these are brilliant)

from start of the holiday to finish we had a fantastic time Lovely welcome on arrival from the very helpful and friendly host The site is quite and tranquil with 5 star showers and toilet blocks A great Area to start many walks straight from the site dog friendly with many pubs to use This must be one of best sites in this location and would not hesitate to recommend to friends and family
