A super adults only site with the best facilities of any camp site we have ever stayed on. Two shower rooms with toilets and two separate toilets. Very clean, kept heated so always dry, plenty of space and a hot shower. The area is amazing for walking or just chilling and taking in the sights. We eat at the Manifold inn, wouldnt rush back. So much to do, wish we’d stayed longer. Pitches have plenty of space. We did try to call the owner to ask a question but no answer and no returned call. No one called to check we were ok, we were left to find all the facilities on our own. Very poor vodaphone signal. £36 is a tad pricey in my opinion.

Thank you so much for a perfect stay. We loved the place as soon as we arrived but it was the stay that kept on giving. The welcome hamper of eggs, bread, juice and milk was such a nice touch - not to mention the dog hamper too! Toilets and showers were super clean and warm with good hot showers. We made use of the fire pit one evening which was just perfect. Enough wood supplied by Smithyfields (another great little touch) and we had a great night chatting around a warm fire. We were lucky enough to have sun on both mornings and nothing can beat waking up and seeing the sun rise over the fields. Thank you so much. We will definitely be back.
